Refund policy
Due to the nature of our inventory being wholesale/liquidation, returns are NOT accepted. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the claim and make it right. All claims must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt. Depending on the nature of the claim we may request the item be returned to us for inspection at the buyer’s expense.
Please send your claim information to cs@bargainwright.com. Please include a description of the issue and any photos of the product that will help us evaluate the claim.
Once the claim is evaluated you will be advised with next steps. If the claim is accepted, a replacement product will be sent. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not available. ,
If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return/refund, please contact us at cs@bargainwright.com.
